MMA performance has improved over the years, with The Treigning Lab pioneering the fields of Strength & Conditioning, Injury Management, Nutrition & Metabolic Profiling and Competitive Mindset training. The Treigning Lab has set the bar when it comes to incorporating weight-cutting, diet/nutrition, sleep, and recovery into training for Combat Sports.
Our Team Reign athletes here at The Treigning Lab count on our staff to keep them ready to perform with the confidence of a successful fight camp and weight cut, that has been meticulously planned and monitored to ensure safety and to put the athlete in the best position for success. This combined with some of the best skills coaches in the profession, as well as the utilization of many recovery modalities (not limited to Cryotherapy and Hyberbaric Chambers) makes Team Reign a cut above the rest with regards to MMA.
One of the only wrestling programs in the nation that includes comprehensive Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition and Competitive Mindset strategies. Guest coaches may include US Olympic Gold Medalist Helen Maroulis, David Taylor and various Penn State Alumni.
Our Total FIT and Strength FIT classes combined into small group training session called FIT Camp! This is not just a workout program, this is science based testing, nutritional guidance, and small group training to help you achieve whatever goal you have in mind!
For the athlete and coach, this program is deigned to introduce the yoga practice and become familiar with the mind and spirit. It includes both a practical to experience it first hand, and an online educational component to self-study these foundations. You will learn not only a broad understanding of this ancient practice, but how to incorporate these teachings into your lifestyle.
