With over 18 years of training experience, and one of less than 100 trainers worldwide to earn the designation of Master Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Josh brings his experience training people of all fitness levels to the Treigning Lab.

Micah has been working along side The Treigning Lab since its opening in 2013. Micah is a personal trainer who enjoys training group classes as well as working with clients to attain fitness specific goals. Having trained whole teams of baseball players and other athletes, he is a great asset to The Treigning Lab and would like to work with people to help them be the best they can be.
